Designed with an eye for detail
When designing the facade, great attention was paid to details. The ground level consists of concrete while the rest of the building is constructed out of brick.

The light green colour is a recurring element in the façade. You can find it in both the framework and the concrete on either side of the window. The green concrete is sandblasted, revealing the aggregates and also important are the corners as they are actually rounded.

Flexibility
The structure of the facade corresponds to the module design inside the building. In the interior, we keep repeating the same room. This creates logical structural bearing lines that contribute to flexibility in plan and the possibility of sustainable reallocation of the building in the future into, for example, studios, flats, office spaces, etc.
